Our service fee starts from 5% of your order value, with a minimum fee of $2.99 per order. This covers product sourcing, purchasing, and basic quality inspection. Additional services like detailed QC photos, brand verification, or special packaging are available for an extra fee.

Shipping times vary depending on the method you choose and your destination country. Express shipping typically takes 5-10 days, Standard shipping 10-20 days, Economy shipping 20-30 days, and Sea shipping 30-45 days. These estimates are from when your package leaves our warehouse and don't include processing time.

We offer quality inspection services before shipping your items. If you opt for our QC service, we'll check for any visible defects and send you photos. If you discover issues with your items upon delivery that weren't visible during inspection, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package with detailed photos of the defects.

This allows you to save on international shipping costs by combining multiple items into one package. You can manage your warehouse items and create shipping requests through your account dashboard.
